Our main office is located in downtown Seattle at 1001 4th Avenue (between Spring and Madison Streets), directly across the street from the Seattle Public Library.

If you are driving south on I-5, use exit 165A at James Street.  Proceed to Columbia Street and take an immediate right on Columbia Street, or continue on Sixth Avenue to James Street, and turn right at James Street.  Proceed two blocks to Fourth Avenue and turn right.  Continue north on Fourth Avenue to Madison Street, and turn left on Madison. 

If you are driving north on I-5, take the Dearborn St/James St exit, number 164A toward Madison Street.  Bear left toward the Madison Street/Convention Place exit.  Go straight onto Seventh Avenue; at Madison Street, turn left.  Proceed west on Madison.

The entrance to our parking garage is on Madison Street, on the right hand side, between Fourth and Third Avenues.   There is also limited paid street parking available.  Please be aware of the street signs near where you park, as there are some restrictions on downtown parking.
